Cisco Unified Communications Manager 8: Expert Administration Cookbook now available!

Back around March 2011 I was approached by Packt Publishing to write their first book into the Ciscoverse covering their star Unified Communications technology, the Unified Communications Manager. After some thought I decided to pursue the task, and boy was it a challenge. Nearly a year later I am proud to announce my first book, Cisco Unified Communications Manager 8: Expert Administration Cookbook is now available in print, kindle and eBook formats!
